Ideal candidates will manage a field-based territory, travel within market, and build strong partner relationships with contractors, dealers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience in building materials or home improvement.
• Proven ability to influence product selection and drive adoption of premium solutions.
• Experience working with contractors, installers, or trade professionals.

Responsibilities

• Grow Trex Composite Fencing sales by increasing share from competing products.
• Develop deep understanding of local market dynamics and pricing.
• Educate contractors on Trex features, performance, and homeowner value.
• Track territory activity and revenue metrics; maintain CRM records.
