AGRILAND FS is seeking a customer-focused Feed Sales Specialist to grow our feed business and support cattle producers within an assigned territory. You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and provide nutrition-based recommendations that meet customer needs.

You’ll travel across your territory, manage a growing book of business, and participate in ongoing training and development. AGRILAND FS offers a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and a path for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of animal nutrition, particularly cattle.
• Feed industry or feed supply experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to develop new business.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Self-motivated attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
• Develop new business through proactive prospecting and targeted sales efforts
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate feed products and services
• Provide value-added nutrition recommendations to cattle producers
• Monitor the competitive market and identify opportunities for growth
• Manage an assigned territory while maintaining strong organization and time management
• Work closely with customers and AGRILAND FS team members to provide solutions and quality service
• Use professional sales techniques to grow profitable feed sales
