Qualifications

• Must have agricultural/construction sales experience with equipment sales preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Clear and concise written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sales acumen demonstrated in identifying opportunities.
• Product knowledge of agricultural and construction products/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and identify new sales prospects in agricultural and construction products.
• Present the benefits of products to potential customers.
• Stay informed about the full line of products and updates.
• Monitor competitive products and market trends in the territory.
• Assist customers with financing options available.
• Document customer interactions and new contracts accurately.
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Resolve technical and customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibits, and demonstrations.
• Keep track of new product developments and provide feedback to management.
• Report significant territory changes to management.
• Ensure equipment is delivered as ordered and on time.
• Collaborate with Credit Manager to resolve payment issues.
