Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Must have agricultural/construction sales experience with equipment sales preferred.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Clear and concise written communication; excellent customer service.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and sales to expand customer base for agricultural and construction products.
• Presentations highlighting product features and advantages.
• Maintain knowledge of full product line and updates.
• Monitor competitive products and market trends in the territory.
• Assist customers with financing options.
• Document customer interactions and new contracts.
• Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Resolve technical and customer issues promptly.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibits, demonstrations.
• Keep track of new product developments and provide feedback to management.
• Report significant territory changes to management.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Credit Manager on credit/payment issues.
