Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to implement the sales plan by delivering proficient presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers and serving as a disease expert/resource. You will cover an assigned territory, organize activities to ensure regular coverage, and participate in training while following policies.

You will aim to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and grow territory sales.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• 2+ years' direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers and serve as a disease expert/resource.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
• Participate in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory.
