Job summary

4Rivers Equipment seeks a FS Territory Development Manager for compact equipment in the Greeley area. The role focuses on selling grade control, drone solutions, telematics, and other construction technology to gain new customers and promote repeat business.

Responsibilities include managing accounts, guiding customers through workflows from model to production, and delivering systems with installation and training. A strong background in surveying tech and CAD tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Formal degree in surveying or geomatics, or 3 years hands-on experience with technology products used in surveying and construction.
• Strong knowledge of Topcon machine control; familiarity with other manufacturers is acceptable.
• Experience with CAD software: AutoCAD, Carlson, AGTEK, Magnet Office or Trimble Business Center.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision.
• Part 107 license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote compact equipment products in the Foursight Solutions portfolio.
• Manage all facets of accounts in the assigned territory.
• Promote solutions through the workflow, from modeling to production.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities and track progress.
• Cold call and visit new prospects for Foursight Solutions products.
• Deliver systems after proposal acceptance, including installation and training.
• Support customers with active support agreements.
• Demonstrate technology products as requested by store personnel.
• Escalate issues to the Foursight support team when time limits are exceeded.
• Maintain demo inventory in good condition and secure storage.
• Share knowledge and assist teammates as needed.
• Comply with company policies and regulations.
• Keep vehicle and inventory organized; perform administrative duties.
• Represent the organization professionally at industry events.
