Job summary

Hiossen is seeking a Territory Representative to develop business in a defined territory, visiting customers regularly to promote products and relay new product information after completing the 2-week training program.

You will visit at least six dental offices daily, cultivate relationships, recruit dentists for seminars, and support branch sales with exceptional service. This role includes uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Prior experience in the dental implant/medical devices field is preferred.
• Completion of formalized sales training course(s) preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share for Hiossen products.
• Execute outbound calls, client visits, and follow-ups to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Develop strategic sales activity plans tailored to the assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person visits to dental offices to build relationships and support customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to assist with collections of outstanding accounts receivable.
