Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage by completing store visits using standard merchandising and order writing processes.
• Implement promotional displays ensuring RTM-comproved visibility and brand prominence.
• Follow assigned schedules to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop skills for future leadership roles within the organization.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and vehicle policies.
