Job summary

Qualifications

• Owns high standards of in-store execution and shelf maintenance.
• Proficient with mobile tools to schedule, document and capture photos.
• Wollows safety rules and can lift/move product as required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores, supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Deliver excellent store-team service while reinforcing company standards.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution using required systems.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands.
• Coordinate with District Manager to align daily priorities.
• Support seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Assist onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
