Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience.
• Live within team geographic boundaries and be 18+ with a valid US driver’s license.
• Willing to travel across assigned markets and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execute excellence across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce standards.
• Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence; capture display photos.
• Implement promotional displays aligned with RTM plans and safeguard visibility of brands.
• Follow daily schedules set by DM or RTM to ensure efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal transitions and new product launches at retail locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to enable smooth execution.
• Assist onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
