Job summary

The Mondelēz International in the United States is hiring a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution and support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.

You will represent Mondelez brands, ensure display compliance, build store relationships, and travel within assigned markets while lifting and moving product safely. Requires 18+, HS diploma, 1–3 years retail experience, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execute territory coverage.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce brand standards.
• Execute daily coverage, capture display photos, and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM for efficient coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop operational and communication skills for future leadership.
• Stay Safe and Compliant with lifting, bending, and vehicle policies.
