Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support merchandisers and order writers across the territory. The role focuses on execution, customer service, and adherence to Mondelēz standards, with emphasis on safe, efficient store visits and on-time promotions.

You will lift and move product as needed, follow schedules, and build relationships with store personnel to ensure flawless in-store execution across major brands like Oreo, Ritz and Triscuit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and 18+ years old required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams and reinforce standards.
• Execute daily coverage, document execution with photos and systems.
• Implement promotional displays per plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM/RTM to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal launches and transitions.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Assist onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Support leadership development through operational skills and communication.
• Maintain safety and follow vehicle policies; perform physical tasks as needed.
