Rainbow Restoration is seeking a results-driven commercial sales professional to develop and manage a local Upstate territory. You will build relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, and business owners to grow long-term accounts.

Qualifications

• Commercial sales experience, ideally with a service-based business.
• Experience in restoration, construction, facility services, or commercial property management is helpful but not required.
• Strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial relationships throughout the Upstate.
• Become a trusted resource for property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, and business owners.
• Generate qualified opportunities that turn into long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts while developing new business.
