Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in the Upstate of South Carolina is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop commercial relationships and drive long-term accounts in the local market. You will work with property managers, facility managers, and business owners, travel within the territory, and represent Rainbow Restoration professionally.

As a trusted resource, you will generate qualified opportunities, maintain regular contact with existing accounts, and help clients prepare for and recover

Qualifications

• Commercial sales experience, ideally with a service-based business, is what matters most.
• Experience in restoration, construction, facility services, or commercial property management is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new commercial relationships throughout the Upstate.
• Become a trusted resource for property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, and business owners.

We work with commercial property managers, multifamily communities, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, insurance professionals, and business owners to help them prepare for and recover from property damage. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, earning trust, and growing long-term accounts in our local market.
