Job summary

Bug Zero is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative in Springfield to own local territory growth. You’ll identify pest risks with area businesses, present tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Base salary is $35,100 with uncapped commissions and strong first-year earnings potential. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, a company vehicle, and full sales support to build a robust client book.

Qualifications

• Previous successful sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
• Proven prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable generating your own new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new commercial customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
• Meet with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers.
• Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest risks and customer needs.
• Develop and present customized pest management solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Build long-term customer and referral relationships.
