Job summary

Bug Zero is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative in Springfield to own local territory growth. You’ll identify pest risks with area businesses, present tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Base salary is $35,100 with uncapped commissions and strong first-year earnings potential. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, a company vehicle, and full sales support to build a robust client book.

Bug Zero is hiring an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our Springfield team.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated salesperson to take ownership of your territory with significant room to grow.

You’ll work with local businesses to identify pest risks, recommend solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.

You bring the sales skills. We’ll teach you the pest management industry.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect for new commercial customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and relationship building
• Meet with business owners, managers, and other decision-makers
• Conduct on-site inspections to identify pest risks and customer needs
• Develop and present customized pest management solutions
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing
• Build long-term customer and referral relationships
• Represent Bug Zero professionally in the local business community

This is a local sales territory with no overnight travel or long-distance routes.
