Bug Zero Inc is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our Springfield team. You will own your local sales territory, identify pest risks for businesses, and build long-term relationships.

This role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. You’ll receive training, tools, and support to grow your book of business while delivering pest management solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous successful sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
• Proven prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable generating your own new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Friendly, professional, and confident.
• Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Stable work history.
• Valid Missouri driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.

Bug Zero is hiring an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our Springfield team.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated salesperson to take ownership of your territory with significant room to grow.

You’ll work with local businesses to identify pest risks, recommend solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.

You bring the sales skills. We’ll teach you the pest management industry.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect for new commercial customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and relationship building

This is a local sales territory with no overnight travel or long-distance routes.
