Job summary

Radco Roofing in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Service Sales Representative to grow service, repair, and maintenance sales in the local territory. You will report to the Vice President of Sales and collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager to service clients and grow recurring accounts.

The role emphasizes service opportunities, inspections, and small projects, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a car allowance/fuel card. Travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of hands-on commercial roofing experience or related sales.
• Knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, metal, coatings).
• Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and closing skills.
• Ability to inspect roofs, identify service needs, and propose solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve service sales goals while maintaining margins.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of service, repair, and small project opportunities.
• Build relationships with building owners, property managers, and facilities staff.
• Present service proposals with clear scope, pricing, and timing.
• Coordinate with service team to confirm scope, pricing, and scheduling.
