Job summary

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes Fort Wayne, IN and surrounding areas, performing reactive and preventative maintenance on commercial coffee and related equipment.

You will work independently, diagnose issues, repair espresso and water systems, and uphold safety standards while building strong relationships with customers; you will document service calls and ensure work complies with SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment.
• At least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Must like coffee: tasting is part of repairs.
• Smartphone proficient for inventory, scheduling, and tasks.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with customers and provide professional services adhering to safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements with thorough inspections and accurate paperwork.
