Job summary

VIXXO is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory encompassing Orlando, FL, and surrounding areas. You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout the assigned territory, including espresso and water systems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are valued. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with testing equipment and practices for general electric and water systems.
• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
• Must like coffee; tasting is the final step in all repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with customers and provide professional, reliable service adhering to safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements by conducting inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork.
