Job summary

Vixxo in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes Seattle and surrounding areas. You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance on espresso, coffee brewing, grinding, and water systems, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and safely.

You will work independently to service customers, own relationships, meet SLA requirements, and document all inspections and repairs.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment.
Experience using testing equipment for general electric and water systems.
Customer-facing or customer-service experience.
Must like coffee; tasting is part of repairs.
Smartphone proficient for inventory, scheduling, and other tasks.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
Own relationships with your customers and inspire loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to safety rules.
