Job summary

Vixxo in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to service a territory that includes Seattle and surrounding areas. You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance on espresso, coffee brewing, grinding, and water systems, while ensuring safety and quality on every visit.

The role rewards problem solving, clear communication with customers, and ongoing learning as you build hands-on expertise.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment.
• Customer-facing or customer-service experience preferred.
• Must like coffee and be able to taste as part of repairs.

Responsibilities

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, grinding, and water systems in the assigned territory.
• Own relationships with customers and provide professional, reliable services following safety rules.
• Meet SLA requirements, perform inspections and maintenance correctly the first time, and complete accurate paperwork.
