Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience required.
• 5+ years in a similar sales role.
• Ability to travel to customer locations within the territory up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to adapt methods to solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Preferred: experience with distributors; familiarity with industrial automation; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic distribution plans.
• Collaborate with Strategic, Sales Reps, and Regional Sales Accounts Managers.
• Act as primary contact for assigned distributors.
• Ensure coverage alignment and engagement with partners.
• Support distribution of new projects and product launches.
• Provide training and support for customer events.
• Share distribution insights to support current and new customers.
• Coordinate pricing and partner programs to maintain consistency.
