Job summary

Century Cabinetry is a leading cabinet manufacturer and distributor in Eastern Pennsylvania, seeking a Project Manager to drive cabinetry sales and manage a residential builder territory. You will work with Kitchen Design/Sales team to deliver quality cabinetry and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include visiting clients, training on Century products, and expanding the customer portfolio while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills are required.
• Field service experience is required.
• Account management within Cabinet industry is preferred.
• Residential/commercial builder experience preferred.
• Jobsite and construction management experience a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results‑oriented.
• Ability to manage a territory and identify new accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Construction Management preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive cabinetry sales to meet budgeted revenue and growth goals.
• Develop and implement territory strategies to increase revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders and distributors.
• Conduct regular client visits and train on Century products.
