Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring an Account Sales Manager for Lima, OH and surrounding areas. You will drive sales of KDP brands, engage with store personnel, and coordinate promotions, displays and shelf reorganizations to maximize product visibility and sell-through.

You will maintain stock and merchandising, ensure product availability, and support in-store merchandising standards while building strong customer relationships. Valid driver’s license required; lifting up to 50 lbs expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or in a sales position being held accountable for sales targets/upselling
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
• Valid driver’s license and proof of valid vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize brand growth, share growth, distribution, and to achieve volume objectives
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, POS materials and store improvements
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales
