Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Relief Sales Manager to cover the Greater Spokane and Pullman area in WA. You will focus on up-selling, fulfillment, and merchandising while retaining large-format accounts and servicing on-premise customers.

This role requires coordinating with store teams to execute promotions and improve shelf availability. The position is full-time with early starts (6:00 am) and weekdays, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail or sales with accountability for targets.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share, and distribution and achieve volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel pre-selling products, promotions, displays, POS materials, and service requirements.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales.
• Install revamped beverage sections, displays and POS placements per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise KDP brands in allocated beverage sections, including racks and displays.
• Assist in sale and placement of vendors in chain stores; ensure operation, cleanliness, and stock.
• Maintain accurate sales records for assigned accounts, including promotional activity and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock to ensure product availability for in-store stocking.
