Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Relief Sales Manager for Greater Spokane and Pullman, WA. The role focuses on up-selling, replenishment, and merchandising across large format customers by geography, ensuring retention and penetration of key accounts.

The ideal candidate will support brand growth, manage on-premise accounts and maintain accuracy in sales records while meeting volume objectives. This is a full-time position with a starting hourly wage and benefits, based in the Spokane/WA area.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail or similar environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth, share growth and distribution while meeting volume objectives.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, displays and POS materials.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize brand sales.
• Install revamped beverage sections, displays and POS placements per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise brands in the beverage section, including racks and displays.
• Assist in selling and changing vendors in chain stores; ensure mechanics, cleanliness and product availability.
• Maintain accurate sales records including promotional activity, competitive sales and space allocations.
• Maintain back stock to ensure product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.
