Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Relief Sales Manager for Greater Paso Robles and nearby areas. This full-time role starts at 5:00 am and requires weekends and overtime when needed.

You will drive sales by supporting accounts in merchandising, promotions, and displays while maintaining stock and accurate sales records. The position emphasizes stocking, merchandising, and collaborating with stores to optimize product placement, with opportunities for career growth within the company’s vast beverage

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.

Responsibilities

• Sell Keurig Dr Pepper brands to maximize growth and share by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.
• Contact key personnel in assigned accounts pre-selling products, promotions, and displays.
• Develop and implement beverage shelf reallocations to maximize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper brands.
• Install revamped beverage sections, displays and placement of point of sale material per merchandising standards.
• Stock and merchandise Keurig Dr Pepper brands in the beverage section, including racks and secondary displays.
• Assist in the sale, placement, and changing of vendors in chain store accounts; ensure product availability.
