Responsibilities

• Retains and profitably grows sales through proactive management of medium to large OEM accounts
• Meet or exceed annual growth expectations on a consistent basis
• Presents SMC capabilities, services and products to current and prospective customers
• Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers and is responsible for customer growth
• Leads all aspects of the sales process and coordinates with internal teams
• Owns and manages customer relationships and executes detailed action plans
• Maintains strong relationships with key decision makers and uses CRM effectively
• Collaborates with internal teams to develop tailored strategies and track milestones
