Job summary

Powertrain Company is expanding its sales team and seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to build and manage a geographic territory in Oklahoma City. You will convert leads, identify opportunities, and grow a book of business with professional outreach and CRM tracking.

The role offers an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, with no nights or weekends, plus full benefits from Day 1 and a training period with paid wages.

Qualifications

• No automotive parts expertise required; training provided.
• Ability to research markets and identify opportunities.
• Comfortable communicating via phone and email.
• Willing to take ownership of a territory.

Responsibilities

• Research auto repair shops, dealerships, fleets, and other potential customers within your assigned territory.
• Identify business names, decision-makers, emails, phone numbers and other contact information.
• Build and maintain your own prospect and customer database.
• Conduct professional email outreach and email marketing campaigns to introduce Powertrain Company.
• Follow up with prospects and develop relationships that become repeat business.
• Manage and close qualified leads from our website, Google ads, and other channels.
• Maintain notes and CRM records.
• Prepare quotes and help customers pick the right powertrain products.
• Develop existing accounts while adding new customers to your territory.
• Take ownership of your territory and seek new ways to increase sales.
