Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC in California is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to manage a geographic retail territory and drive sales of Whirlpool products through strong partner relationships and in-store activities.

You will educate consumers and store staff on product features, demonstrate benefits, and execute marketing events while achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent partner relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail sales and/or training experience.
• Experience with home appliance retail, direct, business and/or national retail.
• Must be tech savvy with enthusiasm for home improvement!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a geographic territory and supporting national accounts and key independent trade customers to build relationships and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade customers through group meetings, incentives, lunches, and other activities to drive sales.
• Coordinate with mosaic/display teams and store merchandise management to optimize in-store presentation and product placement.
• Deliver presentations educating retail and business teams on product differentiators, messages and promotions.
• Gather competitive intelligence and report on price moves, new products and merchandising materials.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer questions on issues, allocation and inventory to field sales.
• Attend and execute marketing events, customer rallies, and product launches to train on features and service offerings.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
