Nexeo Plastics is seeking an Account Manager in Charlotte, NC to drive profitable growth by expanding Nexeo’s share with existing and new customers through all stages of the sales cycle.

The role requires strategizing territory plans, building a strong sales pipeline, and collaborating with pricing, operations, service, and legal to present optimal solutions while developing long-term customer relationships and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in engineering, chemistry, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategize Your Territory: Develop and execute a plan to exceed sales goals in the defined region.
• Build and Manage Your Sales Pipeline: Maintain a strong, balanced funnel using CRM and Nexeo tools.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with pricing, operations, service and legal to present solutions.
• Drive Partnership & Leadership: Build relationships within the customer organization.
• Strategic Market & Technical Acumen: Use market knowledge to identify customer needs and drive growth.
• Own Your Territory: Build pipeline, negotiate win-win solutions, manage full sales cycle.
