Job summary

The Cary Company seeks a Territory Sales Representative to grow our business across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and portions of Ohio. You will nurture long-term relationships, represent a broad packaging, container, and filtration products portfolio, and own your success in a field-based role.

Competitive base salary of $60,000–$75,000 with performance-based incentives; strong potential to earn six figures with territory growth, retention, and new business development.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and grow business.
• Strong networking, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a strong support team.
• A college degree, or equivalent real-world sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers.
• Win new business while growing existing accounts.
• Spend time in the field meeting customers across PA, WV, and portions of OH.
• Balance inbound opportunities with proactive prospecting and referrals.
• Quote, negotiate, and close opportunities; manage multiple priorities.
