Life Couriers in Minnesota is seeking a Territory Account Manager to serve as the primary field representative for assigned healthcare customers. You will build strong relationships, manage and grow accounts, and identify new opportunities while coordinating with Operations and internal teams to ensure reliable service.

Regular local travel is required; the role offers a competitive $75K-85K salary and benefits. Must have 2+ years of field sales experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in field sales, account management, or related roles.
• Experience prospecting and developing new business through in-person outreach, phone calls, referrals, and networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local contact for assigned customers and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular customer visits, account reviews, and service check-ins to identify needs and opportunities.
• Proactively address customer concerns and coordinate with Operations to resolve issues.
• Manage account retention and growth by identifying service risks and expansion opportunities.
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach within local healthcare market.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to align commitments with capabilities.
