American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales Representative) in Wisconsin to sell benefits, retirement, and other insurance products to businesses and their employees. You will build long-term relationships with clients and develop needs-based recommendations from our insurance portfolio.

Prior insurance experience is not required. This salaried role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, travel benefits, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts by selling worksite insurance products and services to the community.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized, needs-based employee benefits packages through annual enrollments, group presentations, and new account development.
