Job summary

American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales) in Wisconsin to sell benefits, retirement, and other insurance products within a defined sales territory. You will build long-term relationships with businesses, develop needs-based recommendations, and travel as needed within your territory.

Progression opportunities exist across multiple sales tracks; a comprehensive benefits package is provided along with base salary, uncapped commissions, and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Prior insurance experience is not a requirement.
• Defined sales territory with an existing customer base and new accounts.
• Focus on business-to-business worksite insurance products and services.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts with one-on-one sales of insurance products.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized employee benefits packages through enrollments and presentations.
• Overnight travel within the territory is required.
