Clearsite Industrial Services, based in Tampa, FL, is expanding its territory with a client-focused Account Manager. You will be the primary contact for customers, driving growth and ensuring top-tier service in vacuum excavation solutions.

In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, conduct on-site visits, and collaborate with Operations to deliver reliable, compliant service. A background in related industrial services and proven sales leadership are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in vacuum excavation/hydrovac or related fields.
• Experience leading sales and field operations teams.
• Experience managing and growing customer accounts in territory-based sales.
• Experience selling to general contractors, utility contractors, or infrastructure project customers.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform client and site visits.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow Clearsite’s market share within the assigned territory.
• Manage and expand customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
• Identify and pursue high-potential market segments for vacuum excavation services.
• Conduct site visits for bidding, inspections, and project preparation.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids for projects.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Provide ongoing account management, including collections support as needed.
• Educate construction and safety stakeholders on Clearsite’s services and best practices.
