Job summary

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a technically adept sales professional to increase revenue with existing accounts in the Ames, IA area. You will promote new products, optimize product mix, and upsell, while supporting testing and field QA/QC for customers.

The role requires five years of industry sales experience, related technical aptitude, and strong communication skills. Travel to accounts and collaboration with local industry organizations are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate or Technical School degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• Five years of industry sales experience.
• Sales experience with concrete QA/QC preferred; electrical and mechanical aptitude required; good computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for assigned existing accounts through upsell and product mix optimization.
• Provide product and technical support to customers, including testing and QA/QC input.
• Support new product initiations, technical sales, and testing for new customers.
• Maintain relationships with assigned accounts and participate in local industry organizations.
