Job summary

Atlas Badger ToyotaLift is seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Account Manager to join our aftermarket sales team. You will support the team by maintaining an existing book of business and driving new customer development within a defined territory.

We value organized, motivated sales professionals who can build relationships with professional buyers, develop territory plans, and promote aftermarket products and services across parts, maintenance, and fleet solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in outside sales or account management with a customer‑facing focus.
• Ability to prospect, develop new opportunities and maintain relationships.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail; results driven.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships and loyalty.
• Identify opportunities to sell parts, maintenance, and aftermarket services.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to maximize growth.
• Conduct regular customer visits and compile feedback for teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and coordinate with internal departments.
