Job summary

GCC, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in the Northwest region, including Portland. The role combines technical sales with regional strategy, engaging engineering, purchasing and operations teams to deliver robust motion-control solutions.

You will manage accounts using Salesforce, build trusted relationships, and collaborate with product management to tailor value-added offerings while supporting ISO 9001 processes and a strong customer service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical/business background; 3–5 years experience in related field acceptable.
• Fluid Power Specialist Certification a plus (training offered within 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Grow sales in geographic territory by contacting customers by phone, email and visits.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers across engineering, purchasing, operations and management teams; provide technical assistance and high-level service.
• Identify key strategic accounts in territory to win business from competition.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to deliver value-added solutions.
• Manage territory using Salesforce CRM and report on sales pipeline.
• Maintain internal relationships with customer service, engineering, purchasing and management for optimal results.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance through Quality Policy and objectives.
