Job summary

Big Bear Mountain Resort is seeking seasonal staff to assist with construction, maintenance, and monitoring of terrain park features and trails at Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake. Starting wage ranges with experience, and applicants must be able to ski or snowboard while carrying up to 40 lbs.

Roles may include crowd control, guest education, and safety awareness, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal positions offer ski benefits and a supportive outdoor workplace.

Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years old.
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to read, comprehend and retain instructions.
• Able to exhibit sound judgment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Available to work nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
• Ability to work during adverse weather conditions and on challenging terrain.
• Ability to ski or snowboard while carrying objects up to 40lbs.
