Big Bear Mountain Resort is seeking seasonal staff to assist with construction, maintenance, and monitoring of terrain park features and trails at Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake. Starting wage ranges with experience, and applicants must be able to ski or snowboard while carrying up to 40 lbs.

Responsible for assisting with construction, maintaining, repairing, and monitoring all terrain park features and trails throughout the resort. May assist with crowd control, guest education, and safety awareness. This position is located at Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake. Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $22.80/hr. depending on experience.
