Job summary

Big Bear Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal terrain park worker stationed at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake. You will assist with construction, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of terrain park features and trails, contributing to guest safety and enjoyment.

Starting wage between $19.00/hr and $22.80/hr, depending on experience. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, in varying weather, is required.

Qualifications

• At least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, comprehend and retain instructions.
• Able to exhibit sound judgment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Available to work nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
• Ability to work during adverse weather conditions and on challenging terrain.
• Ability to ski or snowboard while carrying objects up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction, maintenance, repair, and monitoring of terrain park features and trails.
• May assist with crowd control, guest education, and safety awareness.
