Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and self motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Past lead/supervisory experience.
  • Available weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain terrain and other resort snow features to ensure no safety hazards are present.
  • Responsible for terrain park forms: Build maps, daily opening reports, feature placement maps, jib maintenance log, grooming reports, post incident reopening forms, and staff incident forms as needed.
  • Interact and educate guests on etiquette, actively promoting PEEPS and Park Smart.
  • Put up any ropes and/or signage necessary in designated park areas.
  • Help create a park culture which is inclusive, creative, collaborative, with a safely oriented mindset.
  • Assist ski patrol when needed for park-related matters.
  • Open and close the park, paying special attention to safety needs.

Overview

The Terrain Parks Day Crew Lead helps oversee all terrain park day crew members. This role is key to the maintenance of all features in the terrain parks, in a effort to provide an enjoyable environment for our guests. This role works to educate park users in etiquette and helps with daily logs.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Wages range from $23 to $25per hour, depending on experience
