Job summary

Vail Resorts in Paoli, Indiana is hiring a Terrain Park attendant for the 2026/27 winter season. You will help shape the terrain you love to ride, assisting with construction, installation, and maintenance of terrain park features, while supporting safety and guest communication outdoors. Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours available.

Housing is not provided. Minimum age is 18, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs while working in an alpine

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Ski and ride to a minimum level 7.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in alpine conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, construct, inspect, and test terrain park features.
• Install, maintain, and monitor safety materials and feature markers.
• Support Ski Patrol as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr-$23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
