Job summary

Vail Resorts in Brighton, MI is hiring a Terrain Park Attendant to help shape and maintain terrain you love to ride. You’ll design, build, and maintain terrain park features for guests, focusing on safety and guest experience in an alpine setting.

The role is Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 and requires 18+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, fluency in English, and Ski Level 7+. Starting wage is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with perks including free employee passes, discounted lift tickets, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ski and ride to a minimum of level 7.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in alpine conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and assist in construction, inspection, and testing of terrain park features.
• Install, maintain, and monitor safety materials including signage, boundaries, entrances & exits, and feature markers.
• Support Ski Patrol as needed.
• Communicate effectively with guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

As a Terrain Park attendant, help shape the terrain that you love to ride! The terrain park attendant assists with the designing, building, shaping, and maintaining the terrain parks for our guests.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
