Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Terrain Park Attendant for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. The role focuses on crafting, maintaining, and repairing park features while ensuring guest safety and promoting park etiquette.

Join a prestigious AAA Four Diamond resort with a strong guest-experience focus. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays and lift up to 50 lbs in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; previous ski hill experience is a plus.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Terrain Park activities to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Enforce safety procedures and collaborate with ski patrol, grooming and management.
• Inspect and maintain Terrain Park features daily.
• Educate guests on park safety and proper etiquette.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

What will you be doing?

• Monitor all activities in the Terrain Park, ensuring safety for guests and staff.
• Enforce safety procedures and collaborate with ski patrol, grooming, and management teams.
• Inspect and maintain Terrain Park features daily.
• Educate guests on park safety and proper etiquette.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
