Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI is seeking a Terrain Park Attendant to monitor park activities, enforce safety, and maintain features. You will educate guests on park etiquette, collaborate with patrol and grooming teams, and perform daily inspections to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.

The role emphasizes safety, mechanical aptitude, and strong customer service in a fast-paced mountain environment, with opportunities to grow within Marcus Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience on a ski hill preferred.
• Positive attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Terrain Park activities ensuring guest and staff safety.
• Enforce safety procedures and collaborate with ski patrol, grooming, and management teams.
• Inspect and maintain Terrain Park features daily.
• Educate guests on park safety and proper etiquette.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

What will you be doing?

• Monitor all activities in the Terrain Park, ensuring safety for guests and staff.
