Job summary

Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resort in the Pocono Mountains is hiring terrain park attendants for the winter season 2026/27. You’ll help design, build, shape, and maintain terrain parks for guests, combining snow sports passion with hands-on craftsmanship.

Starting wage is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with full-time hours available during the winter seasonal period. The role requires outdoor work, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, plus skiing to level 7 or higher.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ski & ride to a minimum of level 7.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and assist in construction, inspection, and testing of terrain park features
• Install, maintain, and monitor safety materials including; signage, boundaries, entrances & exits, and feature markers
• Support Ski Patrol as needed
• Communicate effectively with guests
• Other duties as assigned

As a Terrain Park attendant, help shape the terrain that you love to ride! The terrain park attendant assists with the designing, building, shaping, and maintaining the terrain parks for our guests.

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
