Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Termite Technician to protect customers’ properties from wood-destroying organisms. You will perform inspections, treatments, and preventative services, acting as the first line of defense for customer properties.

This role requires comfort working at heights and in confined spaces while following safety guidelines. Responsibilities include identifying termite problems, applying treatments, communicating findings to customers, and maintaining equipment and documentation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Be flexible with working hours, Mon–Sat as needed.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us).
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product label instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps.
• Perform termite treatment services per guidelines and safety procedures.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures per schedule and label.
• Communicate critical conditions and potential structural modifications to customers.
• Verify job specifications match work orders and document services.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Complete production forms documenting services provided.
• Interact with customers and explain services.
